Andrés García Carvajal

Mr. García is a political scientist, and a specialist in negotiation and international relations. Mr. García has served as political advisor to several candidates for the Congress of Colombia, city halls, and government positions. He has advised the Colombian Federation of Municipalities and the Chief of Staff of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Colombia. In addition, Mr. García has over two decades of experience representing the interests of more than 30 national and foreign companies of various industries and sectors before the Congress of Colombia, the national government, assemblies, government entities, councils, and other entities with decision-making power in the Colombian public sector. He holds a Ph.D. in Government and Public Administration from the Complutense University, Madrid, Spain.
