Mr. López has represented multinational and non-profit organizations before the Legislative and Executive branches in Puerto Rico, the United States federal government, Latin America, and international organizations. He holds a J.D. from the Inter-American University of Puerto Rico School of Law, San Juan, Puerto Rico, and an LL.M degree from the American University Washington College of Law, Washington, D.C.
